Our Excursion to Celonis 2023
As part of our master’s course Process Analytics, we visited Celonis in Munich with the aim of delving deeper into the evolving landscape of process mining. We learned about the latest advancements in process mining, such as object-centric process mining, and gained valuable insights into how Celonis can be used for data-driven decision-making.
We discovered the major success and failure factors of process mining projects and had a chance to see first hand, how Deloitte’s GBS Control Tower helped a customer in optimizing their processes.
