The Nomination VHB-Best-Paper-Award
Our article on Comprehensible Predictive Models for Business Processes [PDF] has been nominated for the VHB Best Paper Award in 2017.
The paper describes the design and evaluation of RegPFA – a technique for predicting future behavior in business processes based on machine learning. The Scientific Commission on Economic Informatics (WKWI) has nominated our paper out of eight proposed contributions, where among them were six more articles from “A +” magazines. The shortlist of contributions suggested by all scientific commissions for this award has now been published by the VHB.
